Refund Policy

We want Probix Intelligence to pay for itself, and we stand behind it. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
1. 60-day money-back guarantee
New customers are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If Probix is set up and live and you are not satisfied within the first 60 days, contact us and we will refund your most recent monthly subscription payment. The guarantee covers the subscription fee; third-party pass-through costs already incurred (such as telephony usage) may be excluded.
2. Monthly subscriptions
After the initial 60-day period, subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice; your service stays active through the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be billed for the following period.
3. How to request a refund or cancel
Email founder@probixai.com from the address on your account, or message us on WhatsApp at +1 214-896-1878. Please include your business name. We aim to respond within two business days, and approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days by Paddle.
4. Setup fees
Where a one-time setup fee applies to your plan, it is refundable within the 60-day guarantee window if the service was not delivered as described; otherwise it is non-refundable once setup work has been completed.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse of the service or violation of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
